About this adventure

An American Sign Language interpreted matinee of Magik Theatre's holiday musical, Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas, for Deaf and hard-of-hearing children, parents and grandparents. Robert Cardoza, whom the theater describes as the San Antonio theatre community's primary sign language interpreter, interprets the performance from orchestra level, standing to the right of the stage near the accessible seating area. The musical follows the Grinch, narrated by Max the Dog, as he tries to steal Christmas from the Whos, with songs including "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch." It runs about 85 minutes with one intermission and is recommended for ages 3 and up; the theater notes the interpreter arrangement may change without notice.
