- San Antonio Public Library with OPERA San Antonio
OPERA San Antonio brings its preschool opera program to Maverick Branch Library. Children are introduced to opera through music, movement, storytelling and playful characters, in an age-appropriate setting created especially for preschool learners and their grown-ups. The session runs 12:15–1:15 pm on a Tuesday in early January, a good outing during the last days of winter break. It is a live performance with participation, so expect children to move and sing along.
