A 30-minute Halloween storytime concert at the Fletcher Hills Library in El Cajon with Boogie and Boo!, a music-and-movement show for little ghouls and goblins. Expect live music, puppets, dancing and bubbles, and wear a costume if you like. The library aims it at its Birth to Five audience, so it suits babies, toddlers and preschoolers with a caregiver on a Wednesday morning (10:30 a.m.).
