Ride decorated vintage railcars of the historic San Diego and Arizona Railway through the backcountry around Campo on the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum's annual Pumpkin Express. Passengers of all ages are encouraged to come in costume. Departures from the Campo Depot are at 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on October 24, 25 and 31. Coach fares: children (1–17) $18.95, adults $24.94, infants under 1 on a lap free; First Class costs more. (The separate Sip & Scare evening train is adults-only.)
