About this adventure
Atherton Library's monthly Little Hands Art Adventures pairs a young child with a grown-up for a simple art or science project in the library's makerspace. It meets every second Monday. In November, families build an easy-to-make fishing game and use magnets to make it work, then play it together. It is a gentle first look at magnetism for preschoolers and early grade-schoolers; the library lists it for preschoolers and children 6–11. The hour-long drop-in needs no registration, but supplies are limited, so arrive on time.
