The San Carlos Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos, presents the 16th Annual Night of Holiday Lights on Friday, December 4, 2026 from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. in downtown San Carlos. Festivities take place on Laurel Street from San Carlos Avenue to Cherry Street, with the main stage on Cherry Street. The free community event includes family fun and kids' activities, arts and crafts, hot chocolate and holiday goodies, beer and wine sales, a holiday show with festive lights and snow, and performances by emcees Lori & RJ (from 5:00 p.m.), Wild Child (6:30–8:30 p.m.), The Tide Note Singers, Broadway Babies & Kids, San Carlos Children's Theater, Peninsula Lively Arts, Tap Dancing Christmas Trees and a Stevie Wonder tribute, plus appearances by Santa Claus and the Snow Queen.
