The 4th annual Great Pumpkin Glow lights downtown Maplewood with luminaries and carved pumpkins. It starts at 6:00pm in CNB Bank Park, 7300 Manchester Rd, where the pumpkin carving contest winners are announced and displayed and Panic Mechanics gives a pumpkin carving demonstration. Until 8:00pm children trick-or-treat at participating businesses, marked by glowing luminaries, and at the park. Among the listed treats are candy, stickers, temporary tattoos, Halloween bookmarks from Maplewood Public Library and pumpkin decorating at Side Project Pizza. The Maplewood Fire Department will be in the Mystic Valley parking lot (7241 Manchester Rd) and police at CNB Park. Costumes are encouraged. Street parking and public lots are free.
