Hands-on holiday class with Amanda Anderson inspired by the Great Hall at Hogwarts: roasted chicken with housemade herbed gravy, roasted carrots and potatoes, warm holiday butterbeer with white hot chocolate and butterscotch sauce, individual Christmas gingerbread cakes, plus a tin of chocolate fudge to take home.
