$8 general admission; $5 seniors 65 & over; $5 children 3–12; free children 2 & under; free for Missouri Botanical Garden members. St. Louis City/County residents free on the first Tuesday of every month for the first two hours (onsite, proof of residency).Strollers restricted (USDA containment); umbrella strollers or carriers recommended.

Butterfly house in Faust Park with over 60 tropical butterfly species and over 150 tropical plants in an 8,000-square-foot Tropical Conservatory, plus an insect zoo, classrooms, theater space and a seasonal Native Butterfly Garden. Large strollers and wagons are not allowed (umbrella strollers or baby carriers recommended); no wheeled toys. Fully wheelchair accessible. Closes for a few weeks each January for maintenance.
