Kids aged 7 to 11 and a parent fill the snack jar for the week in this Sunday class on Jan. 10, from 1 to 3:30 p.m., with Alexandra Caspero. The hands-on menu includes no-bake monster cookie bites with peanut butter, oats, honey and chia seeds; homemade chocolate pudding "dirt" cups with crushed Oreos and gummy worms; chocolate-dipped pretzel rods; banana-chocolate snack cake; and date-sweetened Snickers shakes. Families leave with ideas for snacks that are easy to repeat at home. The fee is $130 for the parent-and-child pair.
