Mayor Nick Guccione begins the tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. in Historic Downtown Wentzville at Luetkenhaus and Pearce boulevards. The Christmas parade follows (about 6 p.m.), starting at Pearce Hall, traveling east on Pearce Boulevard and north on Luetkenhaus Boulevard to the Station 1 Firehouse, where attendees can enjoy cookies, candy canes, hot chocolate and a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
