About this adventure
Hundreds of artisan-crafted silk lanterns, six to 30 feet high, light the outdoor areas of Jamestown Settlement after dark in three themes: Christmas cheer, Jamestown Settlement history and an America 250 display in red, white and blue. Families walk the loop in about an hour past woodland creatures, natural landscapes and scenes from early American history, with live shows and local food and drink vendors. It runs on Thursday-to-Sunday evenings from November 13 to December 10 and every evening from December 17 to January 3, 5:30-10 p.m., with last entry at 9 p.m.
