About this adventure
A free Halloween afternoon party at Langley Park Community Center run by Prince George's County Parks and Recreation. Children can come in costume for the kids' costume contest, collect candy, play games, win prizes and dance. The highlight is a live set by Yeison Landero, a Colombian cumbia accordionist and grandson of the 'King of Cumbia' Andrés Landero, so families get a taste of Caribbean-Colombian music along with the spooky fun. The event lasts two hours and is open to all ages; a costume is the only thing to bring.
