Yoga Sprouts! is a nature-themed yoga class for children ages 3 to 9 held on Saturday mornings from 10 to 10:45 am in the Children's Classroom of the Brookside Gardens Visitor Center, with a view of the garden. Simple poses, movement and mindfulness are woven around a nature theme to start the day. Bring your own mat or borrow one. Adults are free and must accompany children but should not register; the $7 fee is for the child. Upcoming dates in the listings are October 24, November 7 and November 14, 2026; each date is a separate registration.
