About this adventure
Parents and toddlers can share a relaxed hour of yoga at the Lakeway Library, taught by Cynthia Aguillón Bernard, founder of ATX Yoga Girl. Expect simple poses, stretches and breathing woven into play, paced for toddlers' short attention spans, with grown-ups moving alongside their children. Wear comfortable clothes; bringing a mat or towel is a good idea. It is a calm Friday-morning outing for children who are walking and their caregivers. The class is in the Lakeway Meeting Room, and the library lists it as no registration required. A second toddler yoga session is scheduled at the West branch in Spicewood on December 17.
