Broadneck Library offers all the fun of a New Year's Eve party for young children with early bedtimes. Families count down to a 'Happy NOON Year' with music, crafts and activities in the branch's community meeting room. The program runs an hour, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, and is listed for preschoolers (ages 0–5) and kids (ages 6–10), so school-age siblings on winter break are welcome too. It is a cheerful way to celebrate the holiday together in the daytime. No registration is shown in the feed; arrive a little early to settle in before the noon countdown.
