A drop-in early-childhood program at Wenham Museum for children up to age 5 and their grown-ups, held Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10am. Each half-hour session has a different play-based activity tied to the museum's history collections: recent themes include making a spice pomander like colonial families did, trying games colonial children played (nine pins, cup-and-ball, hoop and stick), making a button with a message, designing a mask, and writing with a quill and ink. After the activity, families can stay to explore the model train gallery and toy collections. It is included with museum admission ($14 for adults and children, members free, under 1 free) and registration is not required.
