About this adventure
North County Regional Library in Huntersville runs a Letters to Santa writing event through most of December. Children of all ages and writing levels are invited to take one of the library's preprinted "Dear Santa" letters, fill it in, and drop it in a special mailbox set up for RUSH delivery. The library says it will share the letters with Santa Claus on December 22. No registration is required. Letters can be dropped off from December 1 to 22 during these hours: Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. The listing is aimed at toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children and preteens with their parents or caregivers.
