About this adventure
All Community Events stages the 16th annual Chi Town Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, Nov. 26, starting and finishing at DuSable Harbor on the lakefront. A Kids Dash runs at 8:45 a.m., followed by the 5K and 10K at 9 a.m. on the Lakefront Trail. There are chip-timed, fun-run and kids categories, and walkers are welcome; strollers are allowed for walkers and joggers who start at the back of the corrals. Finishers get Do-Rite donuts and a medal. Packet pickup is Nov. 24–25 at Fleet Feet Old Town or on race morning. Register on RunSignup.
