Little Explorers at Four Rivers Environmental Education Center introduces preschoolers to a different animal each month. On Wednesday, November 18, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., children ages 3 to 5 learn about vultures through a story, a hike, hands-on activities, a craft and free play. Free; an adult must attend; register by November 16. Dress for the weather, since the hike is outdoors. It is a gentle first nature program for preschoolers and their grown-ups.
