While parents do last-minute shopping, children ages 4 to 6 make holiday keepsake crafts at Toohey Park Building on Monday, December 14. Choose the morning session (9–11 a.m.) or the afternoon session (1–3 p.m.). A nut-free snack is provided. The fee is $36 for residents and $45 for non-residents; registration required. This is a drop-off program, so parents leave children with park district staff for the session and pick up the finished keepsakes afterward.
