About this adventure

On Halloween morning, Westerville Public Library invites children up to age 7 to come in their favorite fantastical costume for a silly, not-too-spooky storytime. After the stories, kids join a costume procession through the library and collect a few treats along the way. It is a gentle Halloween option for babies, toddlers and preschoolers who are too young for trick-or-treating after dark, and it wraps up the library's month-long Wizards & Wands Festival. A parent or caregiver age 18 or older must stay with children for the whole hour.
