Royal Oak Public Library's Pokémon Club celebrates Halloween with a Pokéween party: an hour of Pokémon games and activities for families, from elementary-age trainers through tweens and teens with their grown-ups. Costumes are encouraged, and kids who have picked up a trainer name badge at earlier club meetings should wear it. The party runs Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the library's Friends Auditorium. It is free, but registration is required for every child and adult attending, and reservations are released if you are more than 10 minutes late. Children must attend with an adult; drop-offs are not permitted.
