Jacinto City Branch Library celebrates Día de los Muertos on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Children decorate sugar cookies, make calavera (sugar skull) masks and other crafts, enjoy treats donated by Whataburger, and watch Disney's Encanto together. The program is listed for a wide range of ages, from young children to teens and families, and makes an easy after-school introduction to the holiday's art and traditions for families in the Jacinto City and Galena Park area.
