Wonderscope's Maker Space Workshop on the last Friday of each month gives children the chance to plan and build a self-guided project from recycled materials, using resources and tools they might not otherwise get to try. It is a safe space to experiment and get creative, and families simply drop in at 3 p.m. — no sign-up necessary, while supplies last. The workshop is free with museum admission or membership. Upcoming last Fridays in the window are October 30 and November 27 (the day after Thanksgiving).
