About this adventure

Hartland Lights is the village's official tree lighting, held in the Village Center of downtown Hartland and organized by the Hartland Business Improvement District. The evening starts at 5:30 p.m. with holiday festivities at participating downtown businesses, followed by caroling at the Christmas tree from 6 to 6:30 p.m. and the tree lighting at 6:30 p.m. The night closes with a holiday drone show at 8:15 p.m., and shops keep the festivities going until 8:30 p.m. For families with young children, the caroling and tree lighting make a natural early stop, with time to warm up inside downtown businesses before coming back out for the drone show; older kids usually want to stay for the drones. The event is outdoors in early December, so dress warmly, and check the organizer's event link for any weather updates or added activities. The Hartland BID's page lists no admission charge and no registration.
