About this adventure
The touring stage version of A Charlie Brown Christmas comes to the Lehman Center for the Performing Arts on the Lehman College campus in the Bronx for one Sunday afternoon show. Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the Peanuts gang put on their own Christmas play and find the true meaning of the season, adapted from Charles M. Schulz's story and set to Vince Guaraldi's familiar jazz score. It is a gentle, recognizable story for preschoolers and grade-schoolers, and a 4 pm start keeps it within reach of early bedtimes. The Lehman Center offers $10 tickets for children 10 and under, but these must be arranged by calling the box office (718-960-8833, weekdays 10 am–5 pm); adult tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.
