City of Newark, Delaware (city calendar listing)

The City of Newark, Delaware lists its Halloween Parade & Trick or Treat on Main Street for Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 3 to 4 pm. As the title says, the hour pairs a Halloween parade on Main Street with trick-or-treating along Newark's downtown street, a short daylight outing for families with children in costume. The city calendar entry gives only the title, date, time and Main Street as the place; it does not print a line-up spot, parade route, registration, costume-contest details or a rain plan, so check the entry again closer to the day or call the city at 302-366-7000. A separate Halloween Party at the city's George Wilson Center is listed for the evening of October 22.
