About this adventure

Santa keeps a December headquarters in downtown Collingswood at Extraordinary ED on Haddon Avenue, where families can visit him free of charge on weekends. Children can hand over their wish lists, chat with Santa and take their own photos, and there is no ticket or booking to manage. Visits start on the night of the Borough's tree lighting after Thanksgiving, then run on Friday evenings and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons through the weekend before Christmas. The surrounding blocks add to the outing: carolers sing on the steps of the Zane School at the Millennium Clock on December evenings, shops stay open late on Fridays and Saturdays, and downtown parking is free all month. Expect a line at peak times, especially on the first Friday when the Parade of Lights also takes place.
