About this adventure
Philly Skate Plex, the roller rink on Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia, holds a daytime Halloween party on October 31 aimed at families with younger skaters. From noon to 3 pm children come in costume to skate, meet friendly Halloween characters, enter a costume contest and visit the candy station, with temporary tattoos, face painting and Halloween coloring between laps. It is a good alternative to an evening party for preschool and elementary children, or for anyone trick-or-treating later that night. Admission is $14; skate rental is not included in the price shown on the event page (the rink's evening party lists rentals at $6).
