Ranger Shaun leads a spooky after-dark walk at Lake Pleasant Regional Park to look for scorpions, spiders, bats, snakes and 'all the other things that go BUMP in the night'. Flashlight, water bottle and closed-toe shoes are required; blacklights recommended. The rangers describe it as family friendly but ask parents to think about how darkness affects young children. Meet at the Cottonwood Day Use Area. Limit 10; register by emailing Ranger Shaun with names, phone number and party size by October 26.
