An afternoon Día de los Muertos program at Chandler's Sunset Library. Families learn about the traditions and meaning of the holiday, decorate a sugar-skull craft, and can contribute a photo or written memory to a community ofrenda honouring loved ones. The celebration continues with a family screening of Disney and Pixar's Coco (rated PG, 1 hour 45 minutes), about a young musician's journey into the Land of the Dead. All ages welcome; plan on about two hours.
