Downtown Mesa businesses hand out individually wrapped candy and goodies to costumed children on Main Street, with themed games, activities, cotton candy and crafts set up around Macdonald and Main Street. It runs 10 AM to 1 PM, or until the candy runs out, so families with toddlers and young school-age kids should come early.
