Explore Your Park at Westmoreland Park Playground

About this adventure

The fall Explore Your Park series stops at Westmoreland Park in Sellwood-Moreland. Portland Parks educators run a free drop-in morning built around a self-guided scavenger hunt: families pick up stamp cards at check-in, follow signs to each stop, and stamp as they go before trading the finished card for a sticker. Activity tables by the playground offer hands-on nature exploration, and staff help younger children with the clues. Warm drinks are provided. Come for part or all of the two hours; the program is meant for all ages and runs in any weather, so dress the kids for a wet November Saturday.
