About this adventure

Crabtree mall hosts a short Halloween-eve party for children 10 and under in its Promotional Court on the Friday afternoon before Halloween. Kids can come in costume, pose for photo opportunities with costumed characters, and make holiday crafts at the activity tables. At 4 pm the mall holds a costume contest, and the top three costumes win Crabtree gift cards for a favorite store ($150, $75 and $50). It is a compact, indoor, two-hour event that suits preschoolers and early elementary children who want to show off their costume before trick-or-treating, and it is easy to combine with a stroll through the mall or an early visit to the holiday decorations. Arrive before 4 pm if your child wants to enter the contest.
