Georgetown Library's Halloween Storytime is open to everyone. Children come in costume for a not-too-spooky storytime, followed by hands-on activities, trick-or-treating around the library and a free Halloween book to take home. It starts at 10:30 am on the Wednesday before Halloween and suits preschoolers and young school-age children with a grown-up. Free. No end time is published, so plan for about an hour.
