About this adventure
Taproot Theatre's all-ages holiday tradition returns to its Isaac Studio Theatre in Greenwood: a 40-minute musical stage adaptation of the television special, in which Charlie Brown is depressed by holiday commercialism and Linus helps him find the true meaning of Christmas. There is no intermission. All ages are welcome at every performance; every patron needs a ticket, and children 2 and under may use an $11 'Lap Child' ticket with an accompanying adult. Seating is general admission; the lobby opens an hour before and seating 30 minutes before each show. Special performances include Pay What You Can (Thu Dec 3, 7 p.m.), captioned (Fri Dec 18, 4 p.m.) and sensory friendly shows (Fri Dec 11, 7 p.m. and Tue Dec 22, 4 p.m.) with brighter house lights, lower sound and a smaller audience.
