About this adventure

The Northwest Boychoir presents its 48th annual A Festival of Lessons & Carols, sung by the 80-member combined chorus of the Northwest Boychoir and Vocalpoint! Seattle. Patterned after the Christmas Eve service at King's College, Cambridge, the 90-minute classical program pairs nine Christmas readings with traditional carols performed by the choir and audience together. Two of the season's performances are at Saint Mark's Cathedral on Capitol Hill: Saturday, Dec. 12 and Saturday, Dec. 19 (the Alumni Sing), both at 7:30 p.m. Audience members ages 5 and above are welcome; no babes in arms. Free and discounted tickets are offered with support from King County 4Culture. The tour also visits churches in Wedgwood, Kirkland, West Seattle, Woodinville and Lynnwood and ends at Benaroya Hall on Dec. 21.
