About this adventure

The Issaquah Turkey Trot 5K is a casual, all-ages Thanksgiving morning run hosted by and benefiting the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank, which provides food and vital resources in East King County. It starts at 9 a.m. at the intersection of 1st Ave SE and SE Bush St, next to the food bank, and follows a three-mile course through downtown Issaquah with views of the mountains and historic Front Street. Kids can take part in a 'Gobble Wobble' along the route, and trotters often wear Thanksgiving-themed costumes and accessories as they run, walk, stroll or trot. More than 5,000 people took part in 2025. Every registration includes a race bib and t-shirt (sizes guaranteed only for early-bird registrations by October 30); infants and toddlers only need to be registered if a t-shirt is wanted.
