About this adventure

The Kirkland Turkey Trot invites families to kick off the holiday season together on Sunday, November 15, at Juanita Beach Park, with a 5K, a 10K and the Lil' Gobbler Run for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. The Lil' Gobbler Run is a quarter-mile race held entirely within Juanita Beach Park for children ages 2–6, starting at 9:05 a.m., with parents, grandparents, siblings and friends encouraged to cheer. The 10K starts at 9 a.m. and the 5K in two waves at 9:15 and 9:18 a.m.; both courses start and finish at Juanita Beach Park, travel to and through Juanita Bay Park with views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline, and return across the historic Market Street Bridge. Afterward there is a post-race celebration at Moss Bay Hall, 111 Central Way, in downtown Kirkland.
