About this adventure

Jefferson County Library's Cedar Hill Satellite invites all ages to its children's room to make holiday cards for Project Holiday Cheer, which delivers cards to residents of long-term care facilities in the area. The library supplies the paper and materials, so families just bring their creativity; once the donation cards are done, kids can stay and make a card or two to take home. It is a gentle way to introduce young children to doing something kind for neighbors during the holidays, and the 90-minute Saturday afternoon session suits mixed-age siblings. Seats are limited and registration is required. Families who cannot attend can still drop store-bought or homemade holiday cards at the Cedar Hill Satellite before December 5.
