About this adventure

A hands-on ornament workshop for children 5 to 11 at the New Haven branch library. In this Kids Club session, kids mix salt dough from scratch, shape it into festive ornaments and decorate them to take home, the kind of keepsake that comes back out of the box every December. The session lasts an hour on a Wednesday after school in the branch meeting room. Flour and paint make it messy, so the library asks children to dress for mess. Registration is required, and families who need an accommodation should let the library know as soon as they can.
