STEAM Hour is a free drop-in activity table at the College Park Aviation Museum where children design and build their own creations - airplanes, airports or inventions of their own - with the museum's educators. It is aimed at ages six to twelve, needs no registration, and families can join at any point during the session. Upcoming sessions are Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, November 28 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., and Sunday, November 29, when the table stays open from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The museum is at 1985 Corporal Frank Scott Drive in College Park (301-864-6029, collegeparkaviation@pgparks.com).
