About this adventure
The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department turns La Verde Park into a Grinch-themed holiday evening. The free family event has sweet treats, market vendors, live music, free activities for children and screenings of Grinch movies. The headline draw is a photo with the Grinch himself: the city asks families to bring a non-perishable food donation in exchange for the photo, so pack a can or box of food per child. It is an outdoor evening event in a neighborhood park, so bring jackets, and a blanket or chairs if you plan to stay for a movie. It suits all ages, from toddlers who want a Grinch photo to older kids who know the story. No registration is needed for visitors; vendor and sponsor applications are handled separately through KyleRec.
