About this adventure

On the morning of Saturday, December 5, Soule Homestead turns its barn into a drop-in workshop where children make their own mini wreaths. The farm provides the wreath forms, fresh-cut greens, decorative yarn and berry poms for decorating, and kids can come any time between 10 am and noon, then take photos in the decorated barn once their wreath is finished. It is not a drop-off program, so an adult needs to stay with each child. Pre-registration is not required, but the farm asks families to sign up if they can so there are enough materials for everyone. The $7 price includes the material fee; member discounts cannot be used to buy tickets for non-members, and the money raised supports the preservation of Soule Homestead, a nonprofit farm and conservation learning center in Middleborough. The farm also lists separate Wreath Workshops the same day.
