Wells Drive and heads north up State Street to Randolph, past the Chicago Theatre marquee, with marching bands, balloons, dance troupes and drum lines. Watching along the route is free; arrive early for a curbside spot. VIP grandstand seats are sold through parade sponsorships, and CBS Chicago airs it live 8–10 am.
