The City of Crown Point and the Crown Point Community Library host the 2026 Tour of Lights, a free guided trolley ride past local homes decorated for the holidays. Each tour starts with a roughly 30-minute holiday story time at the Crown Point Community Library, followed by an hour-long trolley ride. Tours run 5–7 p.m. The trolleys are heated, but windows stay open for the best view, so dress warmly; reservations hold rain or shine. It is free for all ages, but registration is required, first-come, first-served, with a limit of 10 people per party. ADA accommodations: call the PACE Department at 219-661-2271.
