Every Tuesday morning from 10:30 am to noon, residents of Misericordia – Heart of Mercy teach visitors about the reptiles, mammals and birds at River Trail Nature Center in Northbrook. Visitors simply stop by the visitor center during that time to learn about the animals. The program is free and open to all ages, which makes it an easy weekday stop for parents with preschoolers. Listed weekly through at least December 1.
