Organizer
The Cube Ice and Entertainment Center (LA Kings Ice)

The Cube – Ice and Entertainment Center in Valencia brought ice back to Santa Clarita with three sheets of ice — an NHL rink, an Olympic rink and a smaller rink called The Pond — in a newly renovated 93,000-square-foot building that also hosts hockey, curling and events. Public sessions are open to anyone: weekday mornings, afternoon sessions every day and a few evening sessions, with times subject to change and some sessions moved to The Pond, so check the daily calendar on the rink's site. Pricing rewards early visits: weekday morning sessions cost less than afternoon and evening ones, and admission is sold with or without skate rental. Seniors 55 and over pay a reduced rate that includes skates, and children 3 and under get $4 off afternoon and evening sessions when tickets are bought in person. Groups of 15 or more buying in person get a per-skater discount; for groups over 50 the rink asks for a call ahead. There are no refunds. The Cube also runs LA Skating Academy lessons and Camp Chillin' camps and has the Top Shelf Bar & Grill on site.
