About this adventure

Urban Air Adventure Park in Plymouth holds Sensory Sunday sessions from 8 to 10 a.m., two hours before the park opens to the general public at 10 a.m. on Sundays. The indoor adventure park is built around trampolines and other active attractions, and an early session outside the busy regular hours gives children who struggle with crowds and noise room to jump, climb and play. Within this season the sessions fall on November 15 and December 20, 2026, and January 17, 2027, with more dates listed through spring 2027. The park page lists the session dates and hours but does not describe the specific sensory adjustments or give a session price, so families should call the park before going. The park is on Holly Lane North in Plymouth, in the northwest suburbs of Hennepin County.
